Will I need planning permission?
Due to experience, our Consultants in most circumstances will know by looking at your property if you require planning permission or not. However, in each case we will send a letter to the local authorities to get confirmation in writing on your behalf. Hide Text
How long until I get my conservatory?
If planning permission is not required you should have your conservatory within 4-6 weeks from confirming your order to the installation date. Hide Text
Do you use the same workforce for every job?
Yes, Key Conservatories do use the same workforce for every job. This means that when customers provide us with feedback or your friends and family tell you how good the service was, you can be assured that you will receive the same high quality service from the same experienced workforce. Can you tell me more about the basework side of it?
The average base takes a week to complete. Footings are dug to a required level and a membrane sheet is fitted. A concrete oversite is then laid – this stops any damp. Every effort is made to match your current house brick and your desired finish, whether it be plastered or left as brick. Hide Text
What finishing touches do you offer?
We offer a vast array of finishing touches to allow you to enjoy
your conservatory without delay. They

Heating – radiator or electric/hard
wired heater
Electrics – sockets, lights, roof

Flooring – wood laminate or ceramic
